Headquartered in Luxembourg, Metallum Holding S.A. is a holding company. It is active in the European recycling and raw metal markets. The company is divided into two sectors: foundries/smelters and trade/recycling. Its subsidiaries, Belgium-based Metallo and Switzerland-based The Metallum Group, are primarily engaged in recycling and processing of non-ferrous metals. The holding company recycles, processes and sells about 1,000,000 tonnes of metals annually. It employs approximately 1,000 people.
